The app works on most modern iOS and Android smartphones. On iPhone, you’ll need iOS 15.6 or later. On Android, the app supports devices running Android 10 and above.  

To use DPAYG, location services must remain active while you’re travelling so we can accurately match your device to the trains you’re on. On iPhone, set Location Services to ‘Always’. On Android, select ‘Allow all the time’.
