If your train is cancelled or delayed by 15+ minutes, you may be able to claim Delay Repay compensation
It's easy to download the details you need from Digital Pay As You Go. Follow these steps:
- Go to your Journey history and choose the Validated journeys tab.
- Choose the journey you need the details for, then select View details.
- Select the link to download a PDF of your journey details. It includes ticket information and your fare cost.
Next, you'll need to submit your claim through the EMR Delay Repay portal.

Once you've filled in your journey details, choose these options next:
- My ticket does NOT have Barcode
- Ticket type: Other Contactless
Then you can upload your journey details PDF to your claim.
If you've submitted a Delay Repay claim for a journey, you're not able to apply for a refund as well.
If you choose not to travel because of a cancellation or delay, just tap to end your journey. You won't be charged if you don't travel.
