If you encounter a problem ending your journey, please try the following steps: 

  1. Make sure you have left the train and the platform. It’s not possible to end your journey while the train is moving, and the app may need a few seconds to detect your live location. Try again after a short wait. 
  2. If that doesn’t work, leave the station and move a short distance away from the railway line, then try again. 
  3. If you’re still unable to end your journey, restart the app and try again. 
  4. If none of these steps work, your journey may be closed automatically under our auto-stop rules (for example, after a period of inactivity). You may want to wait a few hours and try again, or you can get help if needed.
