If you encounter a problem ending your journey, please try the following steps:
- Make sure you have left the train and the platform. It’s not possible to end your journey while the train is moving, and the app may need a few seconds to detect your live location. Try again after a short wait.
- If that doesn’t work, leave the station and move a short distance away from the railway line, then try again.
- If you’re still unable to end your journey, restart the app and try again.
- If none of these steps work, your journey may be closed automatically under our auto-stop rules (for example, after a period of inactivity). You may want to wait a few hours and try again, or you can get help if needed.
