If you need to dispute a journey (for example, an incorrect origin, destination, or train), you can do this quickly in the app. Go to Journey History and tap the link (“Something wrong?”) to update the details of the disputed journey. Add your travel details – for example, your departure and arrival stations and the trains you took. If your journey had more than one leg, be sure to include all stations that you changed train at and all the trains you travelled on so we can review your claim properly.
