There are two places in the app where you’ll see prices:
- Journey fares – these show the fares of the trips you've made. Journeys may be grouped together, adjusted for Railcard discounts, or capped across a day or a week.
- Payment History – this shows the actual payments we’ve charged to your payment method. These amounts should match what appears on your bank statement.
If you notice a difference, check your statement date range, as payments may have been grouped together. If it still doesn’t look correct, please contact support.
