If you are delayed in reaching your destination because of a delay or cancellation of a train service, you may apply for compensation for this delay.
To submit a Delay Repay claim:
- Go to Journey History (the top right-hand icon on the map screen),
- Find the relevant journey within the "Validated" tab,
- And choose "Download as PDF".
- Then email the PDF to the customer support team at contact@eastmidlandsrailway.co.uk using the email subject Digital Pay As You Go Train to submit your claim.
The claim will then be submitted through the Delay Repay system once the ticket roll-up period has ended.
