If you are delayed in reaching your destination because of a delay or cancellation of a train service, you may apply for compensation for this delay. 


To submit a Delay Repay claim:

  1. Go to Journey History (the top right-hand icon on the map screen), 
  2. Find the relevant journey within the "Validated" tab, 
  3. And choose "Download as PDF".
  4. Then email the PDF to the customer support team at contact@eastmidlandsrailway.co.uk using the email subject Digital Pay As You Go Train to submit your claim. 

The claim will then be submitted through the Delay Repay system once the ticket roll-up period has ended.
